Develop, maintain and support demo contents and assets
Provide demo support - handle support messages based on priority and provide resolution
Communicate with Sales and Pre-Sales Solution Engineers to understand the complete demo requirement and assist in content-related aspects
Proactively take initiatives to improve the quality of deliverables, processes and the reliability of demos
Have a high customer focus and manage customer expectations in a responsive manner
Escalate issues well in advance and suggest alternative approaches
Be flexible in taking up different tasks in the project and work in different time zones
Interact with other Stakeholders like Solution Engineering, Solution Management and Product Management within SAP
Be flexible and work in Agile scrum teams
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Graduate in Sciences, Management or related field with relevant experience
7+ years of relevant SAP experience
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent English language skills (spoken and written), fluent and clear
Strong Interpersonal skills and peer-to-peer networking abilities
1 or more full lifecycle SAP implementations
S/4 HANA / Fiori experience
Project-related Sales and Distribution, Materials Management and Financials experience
CPM - Commercial Project Management
PPM - Portfolio Project Management
Knowledge of Best Practices and functional integration of enterprise business processes
