1) Sr. Sales Manager- (Male candidate) -Exp : 8 - 10 years of Industrial Sales
Qualification BE Mech, BMS, MBA ,location
Location : Navi Mumbai -
Salalry : 40 50 per month - depends on the exp. also.
2) Sales Executive (Female candidates) 2 positions -
Exp : 2 - 3 yrs Customer handling on phone,
Location Navi Mumbai
Salary : 12 15 per month
We need Sales Manager from hard core Industrial field who were selling Bearings, Lubricants, Electrodes, Motor, Gear box, Mechanical Seals etc.
Candidate should be from New Mumbai only as job location is Panvel.

Job brief
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements
BE/BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

1. Asst. Manager Sales : Qualification - BE/Dip Mech. 4 yrs exp of Industrial sales preferably of Mechanical products. Should be able to Lead sales team.
Should possess leadership qualities and a proven track record. Candidate should possess good communication and convincing skills.
Package starts @ Rs.4,20,000 onwards ++
2. Sr. Sales Engineer : Qualification: Dip/BE Mech. Min 2 yrs exp of Industrial sales. Ability and experience of handling Sales targets and outperform them.
Candidate should be good in written and verbal communications.
Package starts @ Rs.2,75,000 onwards++
3. Sales Engineer : Qualification: Dip Mech. Min 1 yr exp of Industrial sales. Zeal to make his career in Sales field.
Candidate should be good in written and verbal communications.
Package starts @ Rs.2,16,000 onwards++
4. Stores Executive : Graduate from any field. Minimum 2 years experience in Stores Dept/Handling of stores.
Computer knowledge is a Must. Will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing stocks, Min-Max management, etc
Package starts @ Rs.1,44,000 onwards++
Package is not a constraint for like-minded people.
To generate New Market offerings in existing clients and Hunt for new business opportunities.
To work at root level of all departments at customer and promote our products and services
To organise trainings, seminars, demos at customer place.
