Required a candidate with legal background for Hyderabad location

Candidate Profile:

Provide advice and finalise documentation in relation to:

Vendor Purchase Transaction
Service Provider Transaction
Franchisee transaction
Advertisement Agency/Model artist /PR Agency contra
Agreement for market research services
Transport Contract & Warehousing agreement
Leave & Licence/Lease Agreement
Banking documents
Joint marketing promotion contract with vendor/manufacturer/s
Annual Maintenance Contract

Issue legal notices for payment recovery, file recovery suit, attend cases.

Issue notices under Negotiable Instrument Act, etc.

Reply to notices received from government agencies relating to Food, Cosmetics, Environment, plastics, and attend consumer complaints/cases etc.

Liaison and follow up with Solicitors ,Advocates Government Agencies.

Render In house opinion to various Retail Categories within the group.

Attending cases before various government forums like Tribunal, Magistrate Court, High Court etc.

Education:

UG: LLB - Law

PG: LLM - Law
