Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring that the Analytical activities are executed as per the standard operating procedures.

Ensuring that the Instrument Calibration activities are executed as per the standard operating procedures.

Ensuring that the Analytical data review activities are executed as per the standard operating procedures.

Ensuring that the Investigations are conducted as per the standard operating procedures.

Handling of change control / deviations / CAPA s.

Performing and approving the laboratory investigations (LIR)

LIMS, Trackwise and SAP activities as per designated roles.

QC approval for finished products / Raw Materials / Intermediates / In-Process / Packing materials Change control, Specification and Testing procedure.

Preparation and review of Department standard operating Procedure (SOP s)

Coordination with other departments for smooth functioning of activities.

Strict implementation of Good Laboratory practices (GLP), Ensuring Laboratory safety and up keep.

Recruits, trains, develop and manages effectively the ongoing performance of their direct reports.

Ensuring the laboratory compliance to written procedures.

Internal, External Auditors and Visitors coordination for QC activities.
