Job Description

Responsible for recruitment and overall quality system in HR department
Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements
Sourcing candidates via online job posting and advertisement
Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, telephonic interviewing
To Shortlist the candidates and Co-ordinate with the operations team
To update candidate database and maintain daily,weekly reports
