Job Description
Job Title:- Executive/ Sr. Executive
Department:- Engineering
Qualification & Experience:- Mechanical/ Chemical / Petro Chemical / Petroleum Engineer
04 To 08 Years
Location:- Pune
Preferred skill :-
1 Well versed with Pressure Vessel Design software's like Code (cac), PV Elite,Compress, etc.
2 Sound Knowledge of International Codes on Pressure Vessel Design like ASME is must.
3 Good knowledge of ASME and BS Materials.
4 Excellent communication skills in English Language.
5 Exposure to special analysis like FEM (Finite element method).
6 Hydro test / Lifting analysis for Columns etc.
7 Exposure to International Clients / Consultants, Engineering Standards and specifications.
8 Knowledge of petrochemical process equipment.
9 Experience in oil & gas,energy, processing, industrial projects.
Job Profile:-
1 Hands on experience in code vessels/ ASME.
2 Good knowledge of various materials like carbon steel & stainless steel.
3 Design and detail engineering of Pressure vessels, Columns and Storage tanks.
4 Responsibility involves review of drawings, mechanical designs calculations,material specifications and purchase requisition.
5 Preparation / Review of techno-commercial estimations for static equipment.
6 Assigning and receiving work of Engineers, Designers and Draftsmen.
7 Review of mechanical design calculations, Fabrication drawings, petrochemical process designs and Job package for Pressure vessels, Columns and Storage tanks in accordance with Design Code, Client datasheet and Specifications.
8 Preparation / Review of Material Take off, Material specifications and Purchase requisitions. 9 Preparation / Review of Techno-Commercial bid estimation including MTO, RFQ, Evaluation of vendor quotations etc.
10 Co-ordination with inter-discipline departments, clients / consultants and inspection agencies.
11 Analyze and interpret project P&ID, PFD GA & detail Fabrication Drawings.
12 Travelling/ site visits if necessary.
