Evaluating the performance of campaigns and trouble shooting those that under perform.Working with the customer service department to address problems. Brainstorming ways to promote new products or initiatives. Listening to customer feedback from customer service reps and social media platforms.Possess good social media skills and be able to lift up the image of the company through social media apps.
