Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive/ Tele caller to join our sales team. The Sales Executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our database, and meeting sales targets.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:-
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and facility Management Services knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Sales Executive Responsibilities:-
Reach out to prospective clients through various channels (cold call, meetings etc.) to generate new sales leads.
- Direct own efforts to ensure new sales/ business development targets are met.
- Leverage account plans to target existing client opportunities.
- Track/ monitor progress against the sales plan and budget on a periodic basis.

Tele caller Responsibilities:-
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
- Researching prospects and generating leads
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in-person
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Participating in sales team meetings.

- Gender: Male/Female
- Age: 25 onwards up to 50 Yrs
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Excellent phone and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
