Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive/ Tele caller to join our sales team. The Sales Executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our database, and meeting sales targets.


Sales Manager Responsibilities:-

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and facility Management Services knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:-

Reach out to prospective clients through various channels (cold call, meetings etc.) to generate new sales leads.

  • Direct own efforts to ensure new sales/ business development targets are met.
  • Leverage account plans to target existing client opportunities.
  • Track/ monitor progress against the sales plan and budget on a periodic basis.

Tele caller Responsibilities:-

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
  • Researching prospects and generating leads
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in-person
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Participating in sales team meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Gender: Male/Female
  • Age: 25 onwards up to 50 Yrs
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
