Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Dy. Construction Manager would be reporting to Construction Manager (Project Site In charge) and would be responsible for Supervising Scheduling and Coordinating project meetings to align contractors and team members. Provide technical advice to the project management team and contracting officer during the review of change orders and daily project issues. Well versed with different type of finishing activity (stone work, tiling work, painting work, false ceiling, stone cladding, wooden flooring etc.), various type of water proofing work, R.C.C structural work (pile cap, R.C.C frame structure with shear wall etc.). Managed Civil/Site Development projects from planning to construction Coordinated activities of design team for all phases of project development. Execute Manage all civil portions of projects to be performed. Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. Monitor and manage job costs as well as maintaining project schedules. Perform as lead Quality assurance inspector. Assist in the daily safety inspections and enforcement of the project regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile BE / Btech / Diploma with 15-18 yrs experience must have handled (Lead/Head) one complete project Start to Finish - Government BUILDING Projects, Construction EPC Contractor background is a must.
