Qualification & Experience- B.E. Civil/Mechanical/Chemical- 15 to 20 Years
Diploma Civil/Mechanical/Chemical- 20 To 24 Years
Preferred skill
- Degree of Mechanical/Chemical/any relevant Engineering related to the company bio.
- Business or Business Administration.
- Multi-skilled and highly capable & Management SKILL.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to manage high stress situations & Problem solving ability.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.

Job Profile
1. Leading project planning sessions.
2. Coordinating staff and internal resources.
3. Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
4. Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
5. Managing relationships with clients and contractors.
6. Designing and signing off on contracts.
7. Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
8. Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission, pre & post bid meetings and review.
9. Designing risk mitigation plan.
10. Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
11. Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
12. Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.
13. Managing large and diverse teams.
Handle site workers and maintain relation with customer and their fellow in charges.
