Job Summary:
A Manager Client Servicing is responsible for maximizing the potential sales volume of all segments of the market. He or she also owns and drives sales activities in each of his or her assigned accounts and expands on new relationships. In addition, the Manager Client Servicing strives to elicit high client satisfaction, as well as capture, understand, review, and translate client needs and requirements for various service offerings of Indegene by liaising or coordinating with the highly specialized and qualified functional teams.
Job Description:
The roles and responsibilities of the Manager Client Servicing include the following:
Identifying opportunities and building relationships with the assigned accounts
Meeting customer expectations and response time and providing assistance in formulating solutions to increase the win ratio
Performing time-effort estimates for new projects and understanding the parameters of projecting project profitability
Organizing project kick-offs and content/creative/editing/QA-related team discussions
Participating in training programs and training individuals in the team
Complying with quality, confidentiality, and security standards
Adhering to and following quality systems, processes, and policies
Complying with training and specifications
Desired Skills and Experience:
Education BE/BTech/BCA, or any degree with MBA
Experience 12-15 years of relevant experience in program management, with adequate experience in E-Learning Healthcare background
Should be self-driven and display leadership skills
Extensive client development experience with pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical services industry
Proven business and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
Client-oriented attitude with focus on creating strong long-term relationships with clients, and encouraging others to work toward this goal
Ability to manage multifunctional teams and build a conducive work atmosphere
