Desired Candidate Profile
Generating Enquires through Various means such as Exhibition, Agents, Past & Present Customers and by Having close watch on various government tenders.Identify competition and Competition's Market Strategy to increase win probability & Provide market feedback to Management.
To Go through enquiry or tenders & Understand Quality Requirements, Timeline limitation, Budget Requirements & to prepare a detail proposal.
Prepare Techno- Commercial documents/ Presentation/ Contract within approved procedures for initial submission of tender or proposal.
Estimation and Price Calculation of Enquired Product which need to be quoted in proposal/Tender under the guidance for set standards by Management.
Preparation of Initial design & Calculation as per the enquiry/ Tenders by the help of design & Development Department.
Will be responsible for the management of the team and will provide continuous guidance to the Team of Engineers Marketing & Proposal on day today activities as defined for a cluster of target zones.
Will be responsible for creating and managing a sound feedback system, MIS and Market Analysis Reports.
Should be ready to travel overseas.
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Marine, Mechanical, Metallurgy
PG: MBA/PGDM - Finance, Marketing
