Job Description

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stabilityof income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new incomegeneration from existing as well as new clients
  • Add value to theclient and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementinginnovative deals in working capital, term loan and project finance
  • Use creditknowledge and knowledge of various products for deal structuring
  • Add value to theclient and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementinginnovative deals
  • Maintainrelationships with business banking to originate business
  • Managerelationship with the customers by increasing the book size
  • Manage tradefinance, general blog operation for cash management services i.e., workingcapital cycle of the company

Deliverables:

  • Acquire andmaintain business loans clients for the bank
  • Perform variousfinancing activities as per the customers requirement
  • Maintain numberof current account (CA) balance
  • Increase walletshare by cross selling products to the customer
  • Achieveindividual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a highservice standard and compliance

Product/Customer Handled:

  • Working capital,Term loan, Project finance
  • Retail businessloans clients up to 20 cr portfolio size

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability tonegotiate deals, along with the ability to interact with people at variouslevels of the organization and outside environment
  • Strong sales andrelationship management skills
  • Ability toidentifying key issues in complex problems/ assignments and analyze those tomake effective decisions
  • Ability to havea firm grasp of the processes and make changes in system to improve performance
  • CreditKnowledge: To assess the companys financials (i.e. loss, rating, PAT (profitafter tax) etc. of the company)

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate Post Graduate with 6-12 Years work experience.
  • CA Freshers (Please note it is a sales profile andcandidate should be comfortable in customer acquisition role).
