Job Description
Selected applicant(s) will be expected/trained to do performance based direct response advertising, which includes:
Creating and managing Paid advertising campaigns on various social media platforms, which include, but are not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, etc.
Learn to optimize campaigns in real time and how to make proactive decisions to improve outcome.
Exploring and developing new media buying techniques.
Turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
Understanding the clients requirements & achieving the given target within a stipulated time frame.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Creating, monitoring and optimizing advertising campaigns on various ad platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google AdWords etc.)
Managing budgets and maintaining advertising spend records.
Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation.
Monitor and research new developments in digital marketing.
Make strategic recommendations relating to audience acquisition and engagement through online media.
Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques.
Advising the creative team and clients about the most effective media combination.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
Bachelors degree or higher.
Basic understanding of performance-based marketing and advertising.
Good command on social media trends & new features.
Relentless passion to learn new things.
Ability to adapt to the ever-changing market trends.
