Job Description
Role Description:
The role owner will act as a team contributor and have an aptitude to learn new technologies and love to push the boundaries in solving real problems. This individual will be responsible for testing production quality and large-scale deployment of UI/UX applications.
Design and implement test infrastructure; contribute to test tools and assets.
Ability to architect and develop strategies to test the system at all levels of the application stack.
Automate tasks through creation and maintenance of scripts and tools.
Develop functional stress and systemic level test suite and test infrastructure in manual and automated ways to measure code quality and coverage.
Write and execute test scripts to test chatbot conversational flows.
Should be well versed with manual automated testing for Web, API-based and Mobile applications.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Selenium and web driver.
Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing.
Good understanding of cloud and DevOps pipeline (Toolchain, Azure DevOps)
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain test scenarios to large audiences.
Work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale.
Proven testing experience on Azure Cloud and/or other cloud platforms like IBM Cloud, Google Cloud, AWS Cloud.
Proficiency in Microsoft software like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities.
As Test specialist, you are responsible for testing performance, load, scalability / capacity and infrastructure.
Fluency in handling XML, JSON and Excel data format.

Ability to quickly prototype ideas / solutions, perform critical analysis, and use creative approaches for solving complex problems

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
Must have at least 4 years of work experience in UI Testing, API Testing, Mobile Testing.
Must have at least 1 years of experience in testing AI based project like chatbot testing.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in Automation testing using selenium or web driver.
Knowledge of Test Frameworks like Nose-tests, Py-test, Unit-test, Protractor. or Web-DriverIO is a plus.
