Position: Senior Officer - Electrical

Qualification: BE/B.tech- Electrical Engineering

Experience: 6+ Years in Manufacturing industry (Preferably Chemical, Oil & Gas)

Salary:No bar for the right candidate

Principal Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Responsibility for statutory compliance and Liasioning with KESCO (Technical Part).
• Responsible for all electrical system Inspection, Predictive Maintenance & Scheduled Maintenance to ensure system availability.
• Accountable for ISO QMS, EMS, OHSAS documentation and implementation.
• Accountability of effective implementation of Preventive and predictive maintenance of equipments as per SAP PM Schedules and condition monitoring techniques.
• Accountable to increase availability of plant by leading the team for electrical related RCA of breakdowns and effective implementation of outcomes.
• Responsibility of electrical maintenance budget planning and allocation.
• Responsibility of all spare management.
• Responsibility of implementation of continuous Improvement goal related to electrical and provides support to other functions.
• Responsibility for team building and enhancing team knowledge and skills through planning and implementing internal and external trainings of electrical team.
• Responsible for conducting studies as Hazardous Area Classification, Energy saving possibilities in existing system, ARC flash study.
• Planned and reactive maintenance of HT & LT system to ensure 100% availability of power.
• Work closely with the Production and Maintenance departments to achieve company goals in efficiency.
• Employee will comply with all site safety standards and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
• Responsible for ensuring electrical safety of the employees, Contractors & Visitors by maintaining electrical systems as per the saturatory norms.

Knowledge, Skills, and Educational Requirements

• Minimum of (6+) years experience and having bachelors degree in Electrical engineering.
• Should have knowledge of electrical drawings, SLD, P&I D.
• Should have a thorough understanding of HT and LT system.
• Knowledge of HAC, Arc flash, ISO, SAP PM Module.
• Must understand synchronization of DG and grid in both HT and LT system.
• Must have a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
