Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
Confident, Smart &
Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Age must be below 35. He or She should have "GO getter" attitude.
candidate must have fluency in English &Hindi.
He or She must have interest to interact with prospective candidates continously.
He should have fast typing skills and good use of Ms office.
Trichy Local candidates are preferred.
Incentives +Monthly salary Rs. 10.000 to 15,000 per month depend upon candidate's experience.
for Fresher , 3months Stipend will be given. From 4 th month onwards Salary will be fixed.
