Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The role of Graphic Designer cum Illustrator is with Nursing Next Exam Prep Pvt. Ltd. where the incumbent would require working closely with our marketing team to develop inspiring artwork that will attract our target audience.
We are seeking a new Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, youll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take ownership of the work and put creative ideas on the table and participate in healthy and effective discussions
- Refine designs with illustration software
- Use various colors, graphics and effects to better visualize each concept
- Design and create figure work, various marketing tools, covers, brochures, etc.
- Time to time market research to present ideas and creativity in front of seniors and management.
- Meet deadlines and fulfill the requirement in efficient and effective manner
- Brainstorm with the design team to come up with new ideas, patterns and styles
- Stay up to date with new design techniques and software
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Define time limitations
- Ensure that printed illustrations meet quality and color standards
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of Experience.
- Candidates from Publishing Industry or Online education industry will be preferred.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with working in Publishing or Online Education Industry.
- Should have knowledge of Video editing, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Coral Draw.
- Should be passionate about the work.
- Must have Quality oriented mindset.
- Experience in working in a fast- paced industry.
CTC OFFERED: Minimum 30k per month + other benefits

- Working Location Patparganj Industrial Area (Near Anand Vihar)
- 6 working days
- Regular working timings 10:00 6:00 pm but you have to give extra time as required to meet the deadlines.
