Job Description

About the Role

In this role, successful candidates will have a solid understanding of the landscape of broad systems and technologies (preferably HR systems) Responsibilities:

Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
Assist in decomposing epics into user stories and in writing effective user stories.
Maintain task status in Jira or similar Agile management tool.
Participate in testing acceptance criteria and ensure test plans reflect acceptance criteria.
Partners with client area and executes planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Perform business configuration of software products.
Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.
Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
Recommends and initiates systems testing.
