We have an urgent requirement for Fresher 'Diploma Engineer Trainee'

Location - Supa, Ahmednagar (Maharastra)
Job Title - Neem Training
Traning Period - ( 0 to 3 Years)
Qualification - Diploma Mechanical Engineer / Diploma Automobile Engineer / Diploma Metallurgy
Monthly Stipend - ( 1 Year - 13590 ), ( 2 Year - 14700 ), ( 3 Year - 16590)
Key Responsibilities:
- To operate the CNC/SPM (Special Purpose Machines)/Welding/Grinding/Turning
- To work on Lapping, Testing and Turning machines on Gear Hard section
- To produce jobs as per the rated output with maintaining quality
- Basic operating knowledge of measuring equipments (Vernier Calipers, Micrometer, Air Gauges).
- To make the production records in the documents
- Follow the standard operation procedure and involve in area improvement
- Make the quality records as per the given guidelines in control plan
- Work as per the control plan and SOPs to meet the product characteristics as per customer requirements
- Work as per production requirements with maintaining quality trough out production maintain basic 5 S
Key Attributes (Competencies):
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and detailed
- Should be a good team member
- High level of analytical ability when problems are unusual and varied
NEEM Trainees - Rules and Regulations
Leaves - Leave entitlement is 6 CL , 6 SL and PL 18 for per year. Paid Holidays will be 10 days as declared by company
Extra working - Trainees will be eligible for payment for extra working as per company policy
PPE - Safety Shoe and Uniform per year will be provided as per practice
Recognition and Benefits - Eligible for all Spot, Quality and certificate of merit award
Eligible for Diwali Gift, and would participate in all events for location
Benefits - PF and Gratuity not applicable
Service Provider Responsibility - Service provider (Team Lease Skill University) will issue appointment letter to trainee & they will be responsible for their timely payment and will ensure necessary compliance under the program
Pre-employment Checkup - Company will conduct pre-employment check up
