Graduate with 3 - 8 Years of Experience

Work Location: Mumbai

Educational Qualification: Graduation or Postgraduate

Work with the Business and execute the following responsibilities:

• Posting of monthly restructuring accruals for the GSS owned cost centres.
• Monthly journal to transfer restructuring costs to correct GLs.
• Manage group reporting and ad-hoc analysis for Restructuring
• Examine all financial MIS reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
• Detailed analysis of all Restructuring spends on monthly basis
• Special focus is required to keep a tab on Transformation program costs and provide monthly presentation to Chief Transformation Office
• Liaising with the Divisional stakeholders/System Administrators to understand the key variances and produce a monthly report with key reasons for variances
• Reconciliation of month-end position under varied environment
• Provide standard Reporting, run dashboards and monthly updates for Sr. management
• Assist the GSS Divisional Finance Director in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
• Ensuring all records are up to date
• Adhoc analysis required for management
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports
• Evaluate opportunities of process improvements
