Job Description

Ensure accurate listings and timely update on listings.
Adding new listings as per new SKUs
Managing order fulfilment end to end for all portals.
Co-ordinating with platforms with regards to refunds
Ensuring QC before dispatch to avoid returns and refunds
Competitor mapping
Identifying and Listing on new platforms
Liaison with CA for monthly filing of GST and yearly final accounts.
Presenting business reports on weekly basis.
