Desired Candidate Profile

Develop, maintain and support demo contents and infrastructure
Provide demo support - handle support messages based on priority and provide resolution
Communicate with Sales and Pre-Sales Solution Engineers to understand the complete demo requirement and assist in content-related aspects
Proactively take initiatives to improve the quality of deliverables, processes and the stability of demo infrastructure
Have a high customer focus and manage customer expectations in a responsive manner
Escalate issues well in advance and suggest alternative approaches
Be flexible in taking up different tasks in the project and work in different time zones
Interact with other Stakeholders like Solution Engineering, Solution Management and Product Management within SAP

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Engineering graduate in Computer Science, or related field with relevant experience
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent English language skills (spoken and written), fluent and clear
7+ years of overall experience in SAP technologies and solutions
Expertise in ABAP on HANA or SAP NetWeaver Administration with S/4 HANA
Good understanding of S/4HANA architecture
Strong development background in - ABAP / ABAP OO, CDS
Strong debugging skills
Hands-on knowledge in NetWeaver Fiori/Gateway configuration and execution of gateway projects
Users administration and roles management
SAP Identity Authentication Service
Integration technologies and Web dispatcher administration
