Job Description: 

• Manage in-bound customer queries related to the healthcare card
• Manage in-bound customer queries related to fixing appointments with doctors, diagnostic clinics, and other partners 
• Make calls to potential corporate clientele and schedule appointments for the sales team 
• Should be able to explain the benefits of the health card across the spectrum of associated partners to potential customers 
• Candidate must be self-driven and should be able to work without supervision achieving the tasks allocated.
