Manage in-bound customer queries related to the healthcare card
Manage in-bound customer queries related to fixing appointments with doctors, diagnostic clinics, and other partners
Make calls to potential corporate clientele and schedule appointments for the sales team
Should be able to explain the benefits of the health card across the spectrum of associated partners to potential customers
Candidate must be self-driven and should be able to work without supervision achieving the tasks allocated.
