Desired Candidate Profile


This role would primarily be focused in Talent Acquisition space and will play a role in Biocon's goal to identify and hire the best talent in the niche Biotech Sector.

1. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Biocon's hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the job requirements and use that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.
2. Coordinate around the Manpower planning for the assigned departments.
3. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required
4. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations
