Department Overview
Enterprise Operational Support (EOS) is responsible for independent execution of risk mitigating and centralized operational processing in support of certain key regulations with enterprise-wide impact. Our mission is to provide strategic advice, subject matter expertise, innovative solutions, and effective tools to Wells Fargo businesses around the world. About Role The Customer Data Management (CDM) team directly interacts with the First Line of Defense at points where we collect customer information. The team is a unique and independent function that provides additional controls and metrics for the front line data collection processes. The Customer Data Management Support Team is responsible for the integrity of customer data, supporting multiple business groups within Wells Fargo Responsibilities

Per request from the business, developing and maintaining automation scripts using Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Selenium, and similar Wells Fargo approved tools
May develop or execute user testing scripts
May participate in regression testing
May participate in user validation
Developing and maintaining reporting and/or presentations
Participation in and providing consulting and support for projects and initiatives with moderate risk to assist in the identification and mitigation of operational risk in business activities.
Participation in the design, development, and maintenance of the team s workflow tools.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and implement solutions in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Providing guidance and coaching to less experienced consultants
