Job Description
About role: Information Cyber Security (ICS) organization has multiple opportunities in the Identity and Access Management team to support the daily operations for lines of business Application provisioning, access facilitation and certification services, using Role Based Access Control (RBAC) methodology.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides Identity and Access administration within LOB Application/Active directory/Mainframe environment, based on requests and in-line with RBAC methodology.
- Provides technical support for security-related issues. Resolves problem tickets.
- Responds to inquiries; provides consultative services to ensure team members are requesting entitlements that meet their needs, are approved for use in the environment and comply with LOB templates
- Provides on-call 24/7 Access Management/Production support , per schedule
- Acts as an SME or POC of the Access Certification Team. Perform manual certification, delinquency management, problem ticket handling, on-boarding and access level tiering processes.
- Uploads files into cert tool, perform validation and then use an auto-mailer to send out notifications to certify, provide support to certifiers, overseeing completions, tracking delinquencies and Uncertifiable etc.
- Performs periodic review of existing documentation to ensure current understanding of processes and procedures, making updates as necessary.
- Identifies ways to streamline and automate IAM processes to ensure consistency, reduce errors, reduce cycle time, and minimize audit/gap issues.
- Performs tasks/projects assigned by Immediate Manager
- Liaise with Business System Consultants, lines of business, application owners, QA and development teams working to implement IAM solutions
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree, preferably of Computer science or Information Technology
- 2 to 6 years of IAM, information security, Access Administration in Enterprise systems
- Knowledge and experience with IAM policies and processes : provisioning, role management and certification tool
- Excellent customer service skills with good verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Service Delivery and SLAs/KPIs monitoring. Proven ability for high volume/high quality results
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; understanding of data analysis techniques, standards and error handling concepts, trend analysis and reporting.
- Must be flexible to work in shifts & be available for business meetings/team deliverables within/outside of ones shift
