Job Description
Job Role: Staff SW Engineer Android Security
Location: Chennai
Experience: 8+ years
Language Skills: Excellent skills in C/C++/Java programming in Linux Environment
Description:
- Experience with Android SDK or NDK, Android/Linux Build, Android debugger tools like Android studio
- Proven software development experience and Android skills development
- Experience in these areas would be added advantage:
- Experience with Android SDK
- Experience with Android Media CAS Plugin
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Experience in working/Integrating the CA from Synamedia, Verimatrix, Irdeto etc
- Experience in Android TV
- Language C/ Java (JNI)
- DRM - Verimatrix/PlayReady/Marlin/Widewine/Nagra.
- Read & Interpret Hardware schematic drawings
- Debugging Linux kernel using ICE
- Open Source contribution & Google relationship mgmt. esp. for Android releases
- Experience working with different SoC architecture like BRCM, Marvel, AM Logic, Qualcomm, etc.
