Position: Consultant Services Rep (CSR)

Employment: Full time-Permanent Position

Experience required: 1+ Years

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Location: Waverock building, Gachibowli

Job Description:

Manage all basic backend employee processes:

* Review and follow On-boarding Events until completed
* Review employee paperwork for completeness and accuracy
* Complete E-Verify within the required DHS deadline
* Maintain electronic employee records
* Process employee terminations
* Manage timesheets

Adhoc assignments to support U.S. back office team

Required Skillset:

Skill Set (Technical & Functional):

Entry level position for an MBA graduate (HR preferred)
Being proactive and taking ownership, and attention to details.
Working in a fast paced services organization
Exceptional organizational skills to multi-task and balance priorities
Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
Analytical skills and methodical approach
Troubleshooting and root cause research
