Job Responsibilities:
Managing the project includes team handling, prepare the various types of reports and maintain the SLAs, shift management, preparing roster, resource leave management.
- Knowledge on ticketing tool, SLA.
- Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and serve as an escalation point for incidents and problems.
- Accountability for the quality delivery of end user facing services provided by IT Operations.
- Ensure local Service Delivery approach, processes, and procedures are aligned with organizational standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Should have technically strong.
- Proactive communication with client and team members.
- Management of the project scope, deliverables and timeline.
- Hands-on knowledge of IT technical infrastructure services.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Plans, directs, reviews, and evaluates the staff and functions of the IT department.
