we have opening for US NON IT Recruiters with experience in VMS Based Clients

Experience- 1 yr - 2yrs

Location- Bangalore

Position- Non IT Recruiter

JOB DESCRIPTION: - You should have min 6 Months of work experience in recruitment ( , NON IT,) for US staffing. - You should have master level experience in various sourcing techniques like Dice, Monster, Linkedin. - You should have thorough knowledge of US tax terms like W2 . - You should have thorough knowledge of US visa types and work authorizations

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - The recruiter will be responsible for end to end ( NON IT) recruitment for US staffing - Should submit daily reports of the KRA as mandated BENEFITS YOU GET: - Best remuneration and incentive structure in the industry. - Onsite Vacation for a week to the best performers of the year - Highly motivating referral bonus plan for the employees - Door to Door cab pick-up and drop for all the employees of the organization. - Free Health insurance coverage for the employee and family - Free snacks during working hours
