Job Description

Manage the project and change management teams from both internal and external sources to deliver the Digital component
Design and delivery of the overall programme and project plans to deliver the Digital component of the Strategy
Alignment of the Digital programme with dependent changes across other change portfolios and the wider Chola MS landscape
Assuring the delivery of benefits aligned to the Digital component of the strategy
Tracking of costs for projects within the program
Assessment and prioritisation of the projects to be delivered via the Digital programme
Working alongside delivery teams internal or external to resource projects appropriately
Working alongside delivery teams (technology, testing, business implementation, marketing, communications) in the build, test and launch of digital services
Manage digital projects to successful delivery from initiation through to launch and post go live
Tracking and reporting progress of the overall programme and projects within the digital component
Management of 3rd party resources who may be delivering parts of solutions within the programme and projects
Line management of internal or external project managers assigned to the Digital programme
Management of the budget allocated to the digital programme
