Qualifications Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in a quality control or quality management role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in quality management principles (e.g. , Six Sigma and Total Quality Management).
Track record of driving results and ability to work effectively cross - functionally.
Ability to plan , coordinate , and execute assigned tasks.
Ability to work with partners in a positive , productive way that encourages collaboration.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Partnering with operations experts , you ll continuously fine tune the quality framework to improve customer experience and quality of results. Additionally , you'll perform deep dives on the impact of quality.

Responsibilities
Build relationships with members of cross - functional organizations.
Work alongside YouTube s online products / services teams to prepare for product launches and keep pace with product and policy changes.
Build a global quality assurance program , driving consistency and continuous improvement across workflows / processes.
Improve key performance indicators by evolving the quality assurance system to better identify , measure , and improve opportunities in agent performance.
Establish independent quality assessment partners.
