Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of business experience, including 5 years of program management experience in digital marketing with cross functional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Domain knowledge of advertising products such as Search, Display, Video, larger digital trends, competitive landscape and customer needs across industry segments.
Ability to influence cross functional leadership and manage stakeholders. Ability to manage senior talent and engage with senior stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
Ability to own and deliver end to end work streams with limited support.
Demonstrated diverse cultural understanding, and comfort working with global teams. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated operational mindset, with a get things done attitude.

Through technical implementation, optimization, and key solutions, gTech Professional Services helps customers attain their business goals while building long term capabilities.
In this role, you'll work with leaders across Ads Products, Industry Verticals, global regions and agency operations. You'll design and execute global agency programs to help our agency partners be successful in managing digital marketing campaigns for large advertisers and customers globally.
As a Program Manager, you'll primarily focus on defining and driving strategic initiatives and priority programs to enable our agency partners to be effective in running their business.

Responsibilities
Lead multiple strategic initiatives and programs to enable agencies, scaling them from concept to piloting to scaling in partnership with business teams.
Design the execution approach and program manage initiatives. Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders, including business teams, agency partners and product teams.
Identify and influence best practices in day to day delivery.
Assess the business impact of programs by setting goals, measuring outcomes, tracking and scaling successes, and performing root cause analysis in design/ execution.
Evolve and expand the scope to drive greater impact across our external ecosystem.
