Job Description
Qualifications Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
6 years of relevant program management experience.
Experience dealing with large data sets used for data - driven decision making.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Extensive project/ operations management experience.
Ability to define projects and to execute within timelines working with multiple stakeholders. Ability to deliver projects on - time.
Ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time.
Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast - paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate cross - functionally with all levels of management.

Responsibilities
Manage projects from concept to launch, developing and coordinating project estimates, plans and/ or metrics. Work and communicate effectively with Engineering, Product Management, Quality Assurance, Operations and customers.
Setup and manage in - house/ outsourced project execution teams with associated processes to ensure successful completion of the program.
Understand Google products, internal tools and associated processes, and leverage those to push automation and to increase work efficiency.
Monitor, measure and communicate project progress, potential risks and delays, and team performance to Program teams, executives and other sponsors. Drive cross - office collaboration and help resolve any site - related challenges.
Contribute to global/ company - wide planning processes that include budgeting, project prioritization, headcount planning, forecast management and variance analysis.
