Key responsibilities:
1/ Develop and maintain a preferred manufacturer status with specifiers, contractors& project management consultants.
2/ Partner with the key stakeholder to close projects, administer pricing to support key projects,and product knowledge and training
3/ Work withresidentialdevelopers, hotel ownersandother commercialtargets and execute the strategy for specifications, resulting in profitable sales growth and increased market share.
4/ Develop a tactical plan for implementationof specifications with PMCs.
5/ Recommend appropriateproduct gaps and price strategies to allow Mac to achieve annualbusiness growth objectives.
6/ Identify and recommend programs, sales tools and products that can enhance and support successful sales activities in the target markets.
7/ Searches for and develops new business for incremental growth by establishing appropriate new accounts with strong potential.
8/ Network through industry associationsand social events.
9/ Represent Macin a professional manner when engagingwithcontractors,specifiers and PMCs.
10/Maintain and expand customer base by driving collaboration and partnerships with blind contractors and end users to achieve market share.
Requirements:
1/ 5+ years of specification selling experience in the same/related industry.
2/ Must have existing contacts/relationshipswith contractors/specifiers/PMCsalready in place, a well-developed network within the retail/hospitality/corporate/leisure sector at a strategic decision maker or influencer level.
3/ Strong computer skills
4/ Fluent with the English language (written &verbal)
5/ Excellent interpersonalandcommunication skills
