Scope of the job:
Provide support to Business Management on the Product Costing; Product Profitability; Cost & Management Accounting; Design, Development and Implementation & Management of an advanced Costing & MIS System for the business.
Job Descrption/KRA's
Product Costing and Process Costing
Preparation of Annual Budget and Periodic Forecast for the Business
To develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
To analyse and ensure timely submission of Plant & Sales KPI & MIS to the Management
To manage inventory of Plant & Branch (Raw material, Packing Material, Finished etc.) and its monthly reconciliation
Waste Management and Reconciliation
Physical stock verification of inventory
Inventory valuation (RM/Store/WIP/FG including Retail Segment)
Inventory reconciliation between the ERP systems (NOW & SAP)
Compliance reporting:
1.Ensuring conduction of Cost Audits and XBRL filing.
2.Ensuring timely preparation & submission of reports to various government organisations (e.g. Textile Commissioner Etc.)
Monitor, Analyse, Challenge & confirm the savings across the various cost saving initiatives presented by Process Managers
Provide critical support in Audit (Internal/External), and other production & finance related issues.
