Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Write copy or create content as needed for PR, website, retail and social media (B2C and B2B)
- Build a content style guide, including tone of voice requirements and messaging architecture
- Understand key messages and positioning strategy
- Audit content against business goals, user needs and digital best practices
- Manage our editorial calendar to ensure timely publication
- Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Proofread and edit written pieces before publication
- Schedule social media posts and track engagement on the channels
- Understand keyword and SEO integrated AD writings for social campaign
- Coordinate with the graphic designer to create layouts
- Follow luxury industry specific-related news and generate ideas around trending topics.
- Review and optimise published content across channels as needed
- Ideate for campaigns
- Coordinate with our agencies as and when required
Experience:
Has worked for a minimum of 2-3 years as a copywriter/content intern or another content-related role, preferably in skincare, beauty related field for brands.
Strong communication skills especially written!
A basic understanding of user experience and information architecture best practices
A portfolio of content theyve helped create (or created themselves) and the ability to talk about the strategy that informed each piece
Familiarity with all online social channels
Familiarity with SEO best practices
An ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
