Thirdware Technology Solutions is a multinational IT Business and Consulting Company in Enterprise Application Space (EAS) is recruiting SAP CRM Functional Executive for Chennai operations.

Role: SAP CRM Functional Executive

Location: Chennai

Experience: 6 - 15 Yrs

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CRM functional process.
• At least 2-3 full life cycle implementation of SAP CRM
• SAP CRM Certification is a plus

Generic Skills:

• Team player Strong communication skills
• Provide subject matter expertise on SAPs best practices for implementing SAP CRM business processes.
• Should have functional proficiency in SAP CRM master data, CRM marketing CRM service and Interfaces with third party applications
• Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area
• Strong understanding of business processes behind customer programs,
• Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live Support.
• Ensures consistent, timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders. Keep track of customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with minimal supervision.
• Should be highly self-motivated, self-driven and independent in daily operations.
