Desired Candidate Profile

Should have min 2 years of experience in Inside sales profile (freight forwarding division)
Any Graduate is required

Bengali & English language mandatory for Bangladesh

English & marati & Hindi preferable for Pune

English & tamil / telugu / kanada languages is mandatory for bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities ( Inside Sales & Customer Service )

• Coordinate and cultivate sales opportunities for actively prospecting, qualifying, and managing sales leads to meet sales and profit goals.
  
• Collaborate with all sales efforts within a set territory and with outside sales that will work directly with potential customers or current customers.
  
• Doing sales calls and Converting them to our valued customer.
  
• Calling Clients on day-to-Day basis and ensuring to get the business on board.  
• Once the business is on board, keeping a track and monitoring the same so that customer doesnt face any problem
•  Sending quotations and ensuring to take the feedback on the given quote. 
• Ensuring to get continuous business and taking feedback for improvements in service. 
• Taking the initiative to solve all the queries. 
• Visiting clients if needed.  Coordinating with international agents. 

• Co- ordinate with Customer about queries/ shipment and update follow up on regular basis. 
• Interact with customers, get nominations filed and co-ordinate with sales 
• Confirm booking with agents and get shipment executed 
• Coordinate the movement (arrival and dispatch) of consignments, tracking and updating the client 
• Coordinate and follow up with agents for documents, hand over stamped documentation to customs clearance department for legalization
