Looking for Technical Presales Network - Delhi for an IT infrastructure solution, products, software & services. Engineer Graduate CSC/IT/EC with Min 6+years of relevant experience in a customer facing pre-sales role in handling government customers for network infrastructure,CCNA,L2 network engineer,Network devops engineer.Interested and Eligible candidates are requested to mail their CVs to ma******8@gm**l.com .

MAIN ASSIGNMENTS 

Subject Matter Expert is a customer facing pre-sales role. The person is responsible for handling the pre-sales and technical activities to support the solution-sale cycle for distributed network management solution and will
shadow closely with the Sales team in India.

Responsible for driving the value of organization solution to the customer and ensuring that organization is the preferred partner for the customer to eliminate competition from the opportunity on technical grounds.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION : Engineer graduate in CSC/ IT/EC

6-8 years of related work experience facing pre-sales/ solution designing
role for network infrastructure solutions for Government customers.

6-8 years of related work experience, of which minimum 5 years in a

customer facing pre-sales role for network infrastructure.

Technical Skills sets.

Experience in Basic networking and its concepts
Experience configuring and managing networking equipment
Experience in TCP/IP & UDP protocols.
Experience in static and dynamic routing (RIP, BGP, OSPF) protocols
Knowledge in firmware upgrades
Basic knowledge of SDWAN
Firewall hands-on experience and DMZ.
Experience in managing & troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and network connectivity issues.
Experience in solution such as serial console over IP, OOB , M2M
Network DevOps Engineering experience with strong Linux/Unix system administrator skills.
Ability to program in one more scripting language BASH or Python.
Experience in FTP, TFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, NTP, SNMP, SMTP and Syslog services
Experience in Authentication servers and its integration between other devices (routers, switches, etc.) like (LDAP, TACACS,Kerberos, Active Directory).
Experience with Orchestration tools (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Ansible,

etc.) is good to have.

Presales

SPoC to technically sell the solution to customer, owns end to end pre-sales

Domain expert in the business for respective solutions
Directly align with sales on requirement understanding with customer and solution designing to stich the desired solution
Create technical documents such as solution presentation, competitor analysis, capability deck, etc. by understanding the pain points of the clients and potential solutions to address them
Deliver demonstrations and PoC to illustrate our solutions to customers.
Responsible for understanding RFP/RFQs and preparing pre-bid queries, attending pre-bid meetings to raise the queries and influence the customer towards our solutions
Responsible for delivering the solution training /regular solution updates/ competitive awareness to the team.
To Work and coordinate with cross functional team like Sales, Post sales, Regional teams,Commercial involved into specific project
Responsible for identifying cross and upselling within an existing enterprise customer.
Responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers
Align with companys strategy to evaluate new and competitive technologies / solutions as per market and organizations need
Sound commercial approach to identifying and stich best competitive solutions.
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the Companys management system
Educate and strategize with marketing- help the marketing team create interesting content that attracts new prospects. Leverage your expertise to ensure messaging is accurate and appealing.
