Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivables Team
- Set up processes in order to collect timely payments
- Reconciling of customer ledgers escalated by team
- Monitor Debtor Balances on regular basis to improve average collection period
- Regularly reviewing credit limits assigned to customers
- Analyze financial position of a company and allocate appropriate Credit Limit
- Liaise with Customers and internal teams like Sales, Accounts etc.
- Review write offs and Bad Debts Provisions
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum qualifications: MBA Finance
Work experience of at least 8 - 10 yrs.
Excellent knowledge of English language to be able to do very effective, creative
verbal & written communication.
Understanding of Financial Statements
Good analytical skills to determine credit worthiness of customer basis their Financial
position
Knowledge of Advance Excel including ability to create reports
Ability to negotiate with Customers in case of Non/delayed payments
