Job Description
We are hiring Quality Manager for Bulgaria location.
Experience - 4 Years to 20 Years (Experience must in plastic producrtion, tooling industry in CMM & quality core tools / QMS points ,QA and QC)
Roles, Responsibility & Authority
Job Title : Quality Manager
Location : Plant
Position Reports to : Plant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for the daily work and reporting of IQC, IPQC, QA as per Quality plan.
- worked on CMM & quality core tools /QMS points ,QA and QC)
- Administrates the inspection and record of the products
- Controls the abnormal products.
- Reports the situation of quality management and quality system to Plant Manager.
- Guidance of machine operators & Supervisors for caring out IPQC & QA activity.
- Finalization of product acceptance criteria, with approval of factory manager
- Control on non conformance observed during the process.
- Coordinate CAPA on the non-conformity issues & customer complaint issues.
- Identify needs for preparation of all quality function related documents and standards where ever necessary and maintain the same.
- Analysis of rejected goods on data base & corrective / preventive action for future batch.
- Calibration of measuring & test equipment.
- Internal auditing of system.
