Roles & Responsibilities:
- Market Research through various means formal and informal. Keeping in touch with ground realities through structured feedback from various stakeholders, trade & sales team.
- Planning and working on Branding budgets, competition tracking and analysis, strategizing and scheduling Marketing/ Branding campaigns
- End to end Branding expertise. Knowledge in OOH & Dealer branding. Display with Merchandising and Sampling. Basic knowledge of Events, Meets & Road Shows
- Monitor/ track the monthly performance of brands and budgets and deliver the objectives
- Promotional inputs to improve sales and Market share as per the brand objectives both through advertising & below-the-line activities.
- Proficient in English language; vocabulary as well as writing skills
- An out of the box thinker & quick learner
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must have MBA in Marketing.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in Building Material Industry, preferably from Laminate/ Ply/ Tiles/other building material industry.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft; specifically, Excel & PowerPoint.
Age not more than 35 year and based out of Delhi only.
Salary: As per industry standards.
