The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation websites and web tools.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.
Responsibilities
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and
browsers
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Team player and should be able to manage and train a team
- Excellent time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
- At least 4-6 years' of experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
- Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (PHP, NodeJS, Python)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.JS and Vue.JS and its core principles
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Flexibility and ability to go above and beyond for the clients
