Job Description

Role: L2 Network Support Engineer

Experience: 3- 5 Year

Location: Pune

Notice Period: 15 days
Shift:

• Support Window Monday Friday, 5:30 AM 2:30 PM IST; Sat Sun, 7:30 AM 3:30PM IST
• Weekend rotation after training
• Holiday rotation

Requirements

• Should have 3-6 Yrs of relevant experience
• Fluent written and spoken English skills, able to use English to communicate with worldwide peers.
• Solid understanding TCP/IP protocols in depth, familiar with protocols of VLAN, Routing and Forwarding, TCP, UDP, SSL, HTTP, DNS and etc.
• Strong networking problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Bachelor degree above in Computer Science or Engineering discipline
• Mandate Certification: CCNP- R&S, CCNA Security
• Experience/Knowledge on Load balancer (Prefer F5/Citrix)
• Os: Linux/Window
• Tool: SFDC (Salesforce)/Jira]
• Candidate should join by Nov last week.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting network appliance
• Experience configuring network devices such as switch, router, firewall, VPN gateway, etc.
• Familiar with Linux environment and testing tools for network devices
