Job Description
Role: Sr Machine Learning Consultant
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop robust machine learning models.
- Mentor the machine learning team; ideate and design solutions as teamwork.
- Extract huge volumes of data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Develop data pipelines and infrastructure to scale and automate the analyses that enable rapid product iteration.
- Develop strategies for maintaining QA for the machine learning models.
- Maintain team s best research and engineering practice.
- Work closely with Data Analysts, Software Engineers, and Project managers to deliver insights and impactful solutions for the company.
- Devise data mining process and System architecture.
- Being up to date with the state-of-the-art (deep learning) methods in text and image processing.
- Explore and examine data from a variety of angles to determine hidden weaknesses, trends, and/or opportunities.
- Employ sophisticated analytics programs, machine learning, and statistical methods to prepare data for use in predictive & prescriptive modeling.
- Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum Master s degree in data science field, e.g. Math, Physics, and Computer Science.
- 2+ years of experience working in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Pytorch, MxNet)
- 4+ years of experience and highly proficient in developing python applications
- Highly proficient in data mining package, Pandas
- 2+ years of ML experience working on text and image data
- 1+ years of experience in image processing
- Strong understanding of machine learning models: Random Forest, SVM, etc.
- Strong understanding of AI methods: Dijkstras algorithm, Greedy search, etc.
- Good understanding of recent deep learning architectures: Resnet, Transformer, etc.
- 4+ years of experience in analytical modeling to solve business problems.
- Strong problem - solving skills with good analytical approach and logical thinking.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Should have experience in ML projects in the EAM domain. Especially around master data
- Developed open source ML projects in GitHub/Gitlab
- Developed ML projects incorporating model interpretability/explainability
- Have publication in machine learning field in an indexed journal/conference
- Experience with pipelining/orchestration tools e.g. Luigi, Celery etc.
- Have applied active learning methods to improve ML models based on user feedback.
- Experience with any Cloud Platform is a plus.
