Job Description

TEAM HANDLING PROFILE FOR LEADING INSURANCE COMPANY.

ONE HAS TO HANDLE AND MANAGE HIS/HER OWN TEAM AND LEAD THEM. THE TEAM WILL BE ON COMMISSION BASIS AND THE LEADER WILL BE ON-ROLL OF THE RESPECTIVE COMPANY. ONE SHOULD HAVE EXCELLENT NETWORK IN MARKET AND SHOULD BE SMART WORKER. THE MORE TEAM MEMBERS THE MORE THE ADAVANTAGE OF THE TEAM LEADER. TEAM LEADER SHOULD BE READY TO EXTEND HIS/HER TEAM AND GUIDE THEM IN ALL POSSIBLE WAYS.

TEAM LEADER SHOULD BE FROM SALES BACKGROUND.

INTERSTING COMMISSION AND INCENTIVE ON PER TEAM MEMBER.

CTC UPTO -3.50 LACS + MEDICLAIMS, INCENTIVES, PHONE ALLOWANCES AND TRAVEL ALLOWANCES.
