Magic Billion, a designated India International Skill Centre by NSDC ( Registered No IISC/NSDC/0009), and member of Government's Skill India Program, is growing its presence in Germany. We already have a contract with an Industry Association, where candidates are undergoing Language Training after selection. We have now got another contract to source 20 candidates in the handwerks sector for Germany (Bavaria region). We work with MEA Registered Recruitment Partner License No 0843/KOL/COM/1000+/8/9210/2016.
Details of the Job
1. The candidates will go on a 2 year Government Approved Apprenticeship Program to Germany during which he/she will earn between 800-1000 euros/month (which will take care of their living expenses and more).
2. After they complete the apprenticeship, based on good performance, they will be given a permanent full time offer (salaries between 1800-2500 euros/month). They can work in Germany/Europe as long as they want.
3.Roles: electricians, carpenter, car mechanics, construction/plumbing, industrial roles (like welders, machine operators etc)
4. Candidates travel to Germany in August 2021, and undergo a 6 month B1 German language training and handwerks technical training with Magic Billion in NCR (starting Jan 4, 2021).They will receive a conditional offer letter before they enroll for the training.
5. Timeline to shortlist candidates:last date Dec 4, 2020 (Friday).
Profile of candidates needed:
1. 18-30 years (18-25 years preferred);
2. No prior experience needed - just need to have scored >50% in class 12 and studied Mathematics in 12th;
3. Should know average English;
4. Should not have any chronic disease which requires regular treatment
5. Very keen for a long term career in Germany.
