Job Description
Recruitment/Resourcing: Responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent of all levels from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Communications with the recruitment consultants, Job Portals consultants, advertising agencies.
Induction & Orientation : To induct new employees towards the organization, its policies, regulations, employees job responsibilities.
Training & Development: Designing the annual training calendar after reviewing training needs identification. Imparts both functional & behavioral training to employees and evaluation of training effectiveness from time to time.
Performance Management System: Handling the complete cycle of the PMS of all the employees including designing KRA's for effective PA System with good knowledge of Labour Act & Social Compliance requirements/Audit
Appraisals/parameters for appraisals e.g. Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) for each level.
Corporate Communication, internal an external correspondence/interaction by email/telephone/personal discussions on matters relating to employee welfare and grievance handling.
